All advertised prices ($99, $199, $399/mo) are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST with ATO tax invoices.
Geographic (02, 03, 07, 08) numbers are allocated in accordance with the ACMA Numbering Plan 2015.
1. Service Scope & Emergency Disclaimer
Ringmate provides automated voice reception, call qualification, and calendar booking for Australian businesses. Ringmate is not a 000 emergency service or clinical triage provider. For medical, dental, or veterinary practices, you must configure warm-transfer escalation rules for acute clinical emergencies.
2. Billing, Included Minutes & Spam Screening
Plans are billed monthly in advance in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. Unsolicited telemarketing and robocalls terminated by your AI receptionist in under 15 seconds are never counted toward your monthly minute allowance. Excess usage beyond your plan allowance is billed at $0.35 AUD inc. GST per minute.
3. Call Recording Consent Obligations
By default, Ringmate plays a brief, natural disclosure at the start of each call informing callers that the line is recorded. If you disable call recording disclosure in Agent & Voice settings, you warrant that you have turned off call audio recording or otherwise comply with applicable State and Territory listening devices legislation (including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT).
4. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
