Ruby (AI)0:02
G'day, thank you for calling. Ruby speaking, how can I help you today?
Caller (+61 419 842 110)0:08
Hi Ruby, we're in Mount Eliza and our tempering valve on the hot water unit is dripping steadily.
Ruby (AI)0:17
I can help with that in Mount Eliza. Is the water pooling inside the house or outside on the path?
Caller (+61 419 842 110)0:24
It's outside on the concrete path, so not flooding inside, just wasting hot water.
